Copco® and Chef Rick Bayless (Frontera Grill, Topolobampo) partnered to produce a multi-SKU, multi-material line of cookware, bakeware and gadgets in 2006.  Most important as a design partner supporting this venture was to understand Chef Bayless' ideals and core values in helping consumers grow cooking confidence in experiencing authentic Mexican cuisine.  Deep audits of his established brand DNA, traditional and recognizable color and decorative motif kitchenware influences provided key analysis of appropriate creative spaces.

Thirty four pieces were designed to reflect chef's authentic view on essential cooking implements.  This new line premiered at the 2007 International Housewares Show in 2007.
